Yes. All packages must be delivered to an adult 21 years or older. A valid form of identification will be required. Orders cannot be left unattended, with a minor, or an individual who cannot furnish a valid form of ID.
What happens if nobody is available to receive a delivery?
Orders that cannot be successfully delivered will be returned to Prime Wine Cellar and a refund will be processed. Please note that delivery fees and tips will not be refunded.
My order was canceled/returned to the store, but there is still a pending charge on my account?
